Gal 6:7-9 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life verlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Senior Pastors Marty / Donna Hooks

Pastor Marty Hooks is the Founder of Life Outreach Center, an international missions outreach ministry and church based in Soperton, Georgia. Pastor Marty is also a businessman whose successful entrepreneurial ventures have included consulting, commercial construction, real estate, and farming. During his 24 years of ministry, Pastor Marty has traveled extensively and has been a tremendous motivator of people within the body of Christ to reach their “God Created Destiny”.

Pastor Marty’s passion drives him to people that the world and the church has cast aside as worthless. He has seen God move in these people’s lives and lift them to be successful in every area - spiritually, physically, mentally and financially. Pastor Marty believes that God’s people must be empowered from within to create the provision that God has for them by applying biblical principles:

“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that you,

Always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every

good work.” 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 (KJV)

Pastor Marty and his wife are 1984 graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center. Pastor Marty has also served in the United States Coast Guard for 8 years. After completing his tenure in the U.S.C.G., God called Pastor Marty to serve as a missionary with International Missions Outreach in Haiti. He facilitated feeding programs, educational programs and the daily operations of the ministry. He maintained his duties even during a coup d’etat in 1994, providing assistance to the nationals during a time of turmoil and a U.S. embargo.

Pastor Marty and his wife Donna of 24 years have four children - Drew, Matthew, Shelby, and Seth (along with a host of children and teenagers that have adopted them as Mom & Dad).
